Steve Coogan's alter ego crashes Wembley gig

Steve Coogan joined Coldplay on stage at Wembley Arena on Saturday, in the guise of Alan Partridge.

They sang Kate Bush’s newly refashionable Running Up That Hill, with Partidge adding a commentary on the meaning of the song.

And he took to the stage in Snow Patrol jacket...

Chris Martin's band posted footage of the surprise appearance on their official Twitter account, before ending their six-night run at the London venue last night,
