Uncle Bryn's house could be yours!
Barry property on the market for £210,000
Uncle Bryn’s house from Gavin and Stacey is up for sale with a £210,000 price tag.
The terraced home in Barry has three bedrooms – one of which, in the BBC comedy at least – was Rob Brydon’s character’s gym.
Just three months ago, a Gavin and Stacey couple of fans bought Doris’s home over the road in Trinity Street for just over the asking price of £220,000. Lisa and Chris Molloy also paid extra to keep the furniture from the show, including the curtains, cushions and wallpaper, to keep it looking just like it did on screen.
A virtual tour of Bryn’s property has been posted to social media by Chris Davies Estate Agents, to the strains of Islands In The Stream…

Its particulars boast ‘own a piece of British television history…Whether you’re an investor looking for a high-appeal rental or a fan eager to own a slice of TV nostalgia, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity.’
Branch manager Sarah Lawrence told the BBC: ‘We did put the asking price up ever so slightly because it's such a desirable famous home – but not by much at all as we still wanted to keep it realistic.’
