Buy a bit of Friends history

Some classic props from Friends are going under the hammer next month.

They include the original Hugsy, Joey’s stuffed toy penguin that Rachel’s baby daughter took a shine too.

Also on offer in the charity auction are: 

• The Superman outfit Joey wore in the 2000 episopde he One With The Holiday Armadillo
  
• The canoe Joey and Chandler’s bought for their apartment
  
• A VHS sleeve for Buffay the Vampire Layer VHS, the porn film Phoebe’s twin sister Ursula made
• Ursula Buffay’s driver’s licence
• Joey Tribbiani’s acting headshot, which his dry cleaner refused to display next other famous customers
• A box of Milkmaster 2000 Spouts, the product Joey advertised to make pouring milk easier.
• The outfit Rachel was wearing when she met Ralph Lauren in an elevator
• A Smelly Cat litter box
• A copy of Soap Opera Digest magazine with Joey on the cover
• An official replica of the distinctive picture frame that hung around the security peep-hole in Monica’s flat
• Ten replicas of the turkey Monica put on her head, complete with fez and glasses.

The Prop Store has not released any estimates for the items but they are likely to go for serious money. Bidding starts here on December 3 and runs until December 17

All proceeds from the sale will go towards The Trevor Project, an organisation that works towards suicide prevention and crisis intervention in the young LGBTQ+ community.
