Comedy Garden returns to St Albans
With Dylan Moran, Al Murray, Sara Pascoe and more
The Comedy Garden is to return to St Albans this summer with a line-up that includes Dylan Moran, Al Murray, Sara Pascoe, Rosie Jones, Ardal O’Hanlon and David O’Doherty.
The open-air event is returning to Verulamium Park from July 27 to 31 following a successful launch event last year.
Others appearing on the mixed-bill line-ups include Tim Key, Henning Wehn, Ed Byrne, Kerry Godliman, Lou Sanders, John Robins, Joel Dommett and Reginald D Hunter.
The event is run by siblings Cass Randolph and Will Briggs of 57 Festivals, who run similar events in Bristol, Brighton and Greenwich, South London.
Randolph said: ‘We had such a great first year last summer, the audiences were an absolute riot, far livelier than we had expected. The acts really feed off that kind of energy and in turn give incredible performances.'
