Stand-up gets new British radio after three years in Australia

Comic and radio presenter Greg Burns is to return to the UK after three years in Australia.

The stand-up has hosted a show on Nova down under since 2016, but the show was scaled back last year.

He launched a new oldies show on UK network The Hits from 7pm to 10pm last night, which he hosted from Australia, but will be heading back to Britain soon.

Burns said: ‘After three years here in Oz, I’m so excited to be getting back on air across the UK and joining Hits Radio’s great weekend line up.’

Greg worked for Capital Radio from 2007 to 2016, having previously been with Virgin Radio  and Heart London.
