Ed Gamble is to record his first stand-up special.

His current tour, Blizzard, will be taped over two performances at London’s Leicester Square Theatre on  May 12 at 5.30pm and 8pm. 

His agents declined to say where the special might be aired.

Gamble is a regular on panel shows such as Mock The Week and starred in two series of Almost Royal, which aired on BBC America, E4 and Netflix. 

He appeared in two episodes of Greg Davies’ sitcom Man Down, as well as co-writing the fourth series, and recently launched the Off Menu podcast with James Acaster, which topped the iTunes charts.
