Awarded by London venue 2Northdown

Katie Pritchard has been crowned winner of a new act competition run by London venue 2Northdown.

The comedian – who previously won the  Hilarity Bites  New Act of the Year  in 2016 – triumphed over  120 entrants.

Pritchard, who is also an actress and musician,  wins  of £500, and  a paid spot at the venue in Kings Cross and a host of smaller prizes

Runner-up Chloe Petts will receive a paid spot.
