ITV announces Keith Lemon's return

ITV has announced the air date for the fifth season of Through the Keyhole.

The new series kicks off with an I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! special on Saturday December 9 at 9:50pm.

The eight-part series then continues in January. 

Each episode will involve Keith Lemon rummaging around three mystery celebrity houses, unearthing clues for the panel to guess who lives there.

Panellists on the special are Jimmy Carr and former I’m A Celebrity stars Tony Blackburn, Stacey Solomon and Myleene Klass.

Lemon, the alter-ego of Leigh Francis, said: 'Proper chuffed to be doing Keyhole again! Love having a nose around people's gaffs. Ya get to meet some lovely people, sometimes I stay over and become part of the family. My extended family now consists of 16 brothers, 21 sisters, 8 mums and 4 dads. It's a lovely job!"

Saskia Shuster, ITVs commissioning editor added: ‘Who would have thought 24 more celebrities would be prepared to let Keith Lemon through their  Keyhole?  We're delighted they're brave enough.’

Through the Keyhole is a Talkback production for ITV.
