Mark Thomas joins Latitude

With preview of his new show Predictable

Mark Thomas has been added to the line-up of the Latitude Festival.

He will be presenting his new work-in-progress show Predictable as part of the theatre section of the event’s programme.

Based on the idea that few predicted the earth-shaking political events of the past year, the show sets out to find what the future has in store by  asking the audience their predictions.

He will be at the Suffolk event on July 14, as part of a series of preview shows fro the tour, which will be at London’s Leicester Square Theatre for two weeks in October.

Seann Walsh has also been added to Latitude’s theatre line-up.

Already announced as performing stand-up at the festival, he will giving a performance of Manwatching – in which he will recite a script about a  woman’s sexual thoughts without having previously seen it.

As we reported last week, Manwatchings is being staged by London’s Royal Court Theatre this month, with a raft of comedians taking the plunge.
