Shooting starts on Swimming With Men

Jane Horrocks and Downton Abbey star Jim Carter have joined the cast of Rob Brydon’s synchronised swimming comedy Swimming With Men.

The Would I Lie To You Host plays a man who joins an all-male, middle-aged, amateur synchronized swimming team in the midst of a midlife crisis.

It is not known what parts Horrocks and Carter will play.

Director Oliver Parker – who helmed Johnny English Reborn and the Dad’s Army movie – is currently filming across London, Hertfordshire and Essex.

The cast also includes Adeel Akhtar, Daniel Mays, Charlotte Riley, Thomas Turgoose, and Nathaniel Parker, trade magazine Varie
