THE RELUCTANT VAMPIRE: New family sitcom based on an Eric Morecambe novel and adapted by Alan Partridge writers the Gibbons Brothers about a young vampire who discovers he isn't a vampire at all and has to live a double life. Stars Lenny Rush, Tom Davis, Sian Clifford, Charlie Cooper and Asim Chaudhry. Rush calls it 'funny, heartwarming and fun'.  BBC One, 6:40pm – or all episodes are already on iPlayer.

MOCK THE WEEK: Dara Ó Briain and Rhys James are this week joined by Glenn Moore, Ed Byrne, Ahir Shah, Janine Harouni and Harriet Kemsley. TLC, 9pm.
