Frankie Boyle's firm is worth £4.2m

Comic has said money is ‘pretty pointless’.

Frankie Boyle’s company has been valued at more than £4.2million, according to newly released accounts.

His company McShane Karate, had shareholder funds of £4,244,000 at the end of  August 2025, roughly in line with the figure 12 months earlier.

The comic’s finances are set to receive a further boost as his debut novel Meantime is being made into a Sky drama starring James McAvoy and Mark Bonnar.

As The Sun – which first disclosed Boyle’s financial status – pointed out, the 53-year-old comedian has previously said money is ‘pretty pointless’.

In an interview with fellow comedian Frank Skinner, he said: ‘When you get to the point that you have money, you realise that luxury and that whole idea you were sold of, ‘Oh it would be nice to go on a cruise’ – well it really isn’t.’
