INVERNESS: Put together by the Gilded Balloon, The Big Comedy Roadshow bills itself as 'Scotland’s biggest and best live comedy tour'. It certainly features some pretty big hitters this week with Olga Koch, Jordan Gray,Stephen Buchanan, Chris Thorburn and MC Ray Bradshaw playing the Eden Court Theatre tonight, Portobello Town Hall tomorrow, Victoria Halls in Helensburgh on Saturday and the Byre Theatre in St Andrews on Sunday.

LONDON: Comics over 35 compete for the title of the Not So New Comedian of the Year 2026, with the final at the Museum Of Comedy tonight. In the running are Adam Larter, Alice Frick, Lulu Popplewell, Matt Hollins, Cy Henty, Garrie Grubb, Georgia Thorp, Jake Baker, Lizzy Lenco, Matt Jones, Sean Anderson and Tom Redman.
Saturday May 30
LONDON: The two-week London Clown Festival kicks off its 10th anniversary line-up with a cabaret show at Soho Theatre, which is hosting the event with the Jacksons Lane venue in Archway. Acts appearing over the next couple of weeks include Josh Glanc, Lil Wenker and the Chortle-award nominated Gutter. Full details here.
