New series for Matt Lucas and Elis James in 2024

Sky has confirmed a second series of  Fantasy Football League with hosts Matt Lucas and Elis James.

Fellow football fanatic and comedian Andrew Mensah will also be back on the show when it returns to screens in early 2024.

Former players lined up to appear in the upcoming series include Jack Wilshere, Gabby Agbonlahor, Wes Morgan, Pedro Mendes, Shaun Wright-Phillips, Jermain Defore and Emile Heskey.

However it has not yet been revealed which celebrities will appear as  guest managers over the new eight-part series.

Comedians who took part in series one included: Maisie Adam, Doc Brown, Russell Howard, Guz Khan, Chris McCausland and Jennifer Saunders.
