Grace Campbell to date 28 men in two months

...for her new podcast

Grace Campbell has launched a podcast in which she will go on 28 dates across two months, only meeting people who are the total opposite of her usual type.

The premise for 28 Dates Later is that the comic is tired of endlessly swiping through the same old dating app scene, going to the same bar round the corner so she can make a quick getaway, so tries to broaden her horizons.

Listeners will not hear audio from the actual dates, as well as analysis between Campbell and her friends Roz and Dan.

Dates she tries includes the wannabe Sugar Daddy dishing out investment advice, the guy who refers to himself unironically as a ‘wine connoisseur’ and the overly-enthusiastic couple trying to get Grace as the third member of their throuple.

Campbell, 29, says: ‘My goal isn't to necessarily find "the one", but to learn more about myself and prepare for what I want out of the next phase in my life - my 30s.

‘I want to become more open-minded to different people and different ways to date, as well as more confident in myself and my dating life.

‘Dating isn't easy, so I want this podcast to feel like you're having an honest conversation with your most reassuring best mate. I for one really need that in my life.’

She previously hosted the podcasts Amazing Disgrace, in which guests discussed issues and fame, and Football, Feminism & Everything in Between, with her dad Alastair, Tony Blair’s No10 spin doctor. The pair have also appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox together.

The first episode of 28 Dates Later with Grace Campbell launches on November 6 and then released twice weekly until Valentine's Day.
