On an episode hosted by Jack Dee

Emmanuel Sonubi is to make his Have I Got News For You debut.

The comedian, twice nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy award, will be a panellist on the October 27 episode.

It will be hosted by Jack Dee, making his 20th appearance on the programme, with the opposing guest yet to be revealed.

The news follows the announcement that Daliso Chaponda will also be making his first appearance on the show, taking part the previous week.  Ignacio Lopez also made his debut last week.

Meanwhile, Jon Richardson has dropped out of  this Friday's episode, with his place on the panel taken by Miles Jupp.  GB News political correspondent Olivia Utley is on the opposing team, with Alexander Armstrong in the host’s chair for the 40th time – a record for any guest host.
