Monday February 14

ALI WONG: DON WONG: Released for Valentine's Day, Ali Wong uses her third Netflix comedy special to reveal her wildest fantasies, the challenges of monogamy, and how she really feels about single people. Filmed at The Count Basie Theatre in New Jersey, it's available from 8am.

THE STAND UP SKETCH SHOW: Tonight's routines come from Tom Ward, Suzi Ruffell, Nigel Ng, Carl Hutchison, Nabil Abdulrashid, Olga Koch, Jack Barry and Joel Dommett. ITV2, 10pm.

ELIS AND JOHN'S VALENVIBE'S DAY: Elis James and John Robins are lighting some candles, cracking open their finest bottle of Tribute and inviting a bunch of comedy pals to a romantic dinner, based around stories of dating disaster. This live-streamed gig kicks off at 8pm. Tickets.

EXTRAORDINARY ESCAPES WITH Sandi Toksvig: The travelogue returns, with Sarah Millican as the guest in the first episode. The pair head to Devon, staying in a Scandi-inspired retreat ingeniously built into a hillside, visiting the wilds of Exmoor, and sharing 'unexpected facts on supersized ocean penises'. Channel 4, 9pm

Friday February 18

THE MARVELOUS MRS MAISEL: Rachel Brosnahan returns as the pioneering stand-up trying to be taken in a male-dominated world, with the storyline of the acclaimed comedy now entering the 1960s for the Covid-delayed fourth series, which starts on Amazon's Prime Video platform today. Two new episodes will be released every Friday and the new season includes guest appearances from Kelly Bishop, Milo Ventimiglia, John Waters, and Jason Alexander.

LOL: LAST ONE LAUGHING CANADA: Also arriving on Prime Video today is this reality show in which a coterie of comedians are locked in a house together. And if they laugh, they get evicted. Those taking part are Mae Martin, Tom Green, Caroline Rhea, Colin Mochrie Debra DiGiovanni, Jonathan Lajoie, Brandon Ash Mohammed, Andrew Phung, K. Trevor Wilson and Dave Foley from The Kids In The Hall sketch troupe.

SPACE FORCE: Steve Carell returns for the second series of this Netflix team, with General Naird and his underdog team having to prove their worth to a new administration. Ten more episodes of Greg Daniels' comedy will drop today with a supporting cast that includes John Malkovich and Parks and Red's Ben Schwartz.

WOULD I LIE TO YOU?: Tonight's guests are Rhod Gilbert, Rosie Jones, Jamali Maddix and Victoria Derbyshire. BBC One, 8pm

CHRIS MARTIN: ALL OVER THE PLACE: The British comedian - not the Coldplay frontman, obviously – eleases his first comedy album, based around his experiences relocating to California - 'giving up bad weather and bad customer service, for sunshine and gun crime'. You can order it here
