Maria Bamford announces UK tour
But just four cities
Maria Bamford has announced her first UK tour - but playing just four cities.
The stand-up – and star of her own Netflix series Lady Dynamite – performs in Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London in April next year.
She previously announced an Irish gig in Dublin’s Liberty Hall Theatre, which is already on sale alongside the date in EartH in Hackney, with tickets for the others being released at 10am Friday.
Bamford has previously starred in three unconventional hour-long stand-up specials: Weakness is the Brand, Old Baby and Maria Bamford: The Special, Special, Special. And her voiceover work has included characters on Big Mouth, BoJack Horseman, Bob’s Burgers and more.
