Tickets on sale this week

American comics Doug Stanhope and Maria Bamford have announced UK dates later this year.

Stanhope is to play a dozen dates in October, while Bamford is playing a one-off gig at Earth in Hackney, East London, on June 26.

The exclusive gig is her first in the UK since an acclaimed run at the Leicester Square Theatre in 2018, and tickets will be on sale from 10am on Friday.

Meanwhile, Stanhope will play Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield and Southampton.

The exact schedule has not been announced, but he will be at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith on October 16. He will additionally play the Olympia Theatre, Dublin, on October 11.

Stanhope’s tickets go on sale at 10am tomorrow.
