America to remake A League Of Their Own

But James Corden reportedly unlikely to host

America is set to get its own version of James Corden’s panel show A League Of Their Own.

Trade website Broadcast reports that the CBS network is remaking the Sky One sports quiz for a US audience.

But even though Corden successfully hosts The Late Late Show on the channel, he is thought not to be in the running to present the new show.

It will be produced by CPL, the company that created the UK format, and Corden’s company Fulwell 73

A League Of Their Own launched in the UK in 2010 and has run for 14 series, plus spin-off travel shows.

But Corden has stepped away from permanently hosting the latest series, saying he has too many other commitments.
