Down on last year

Live At The Apollo drew an audience of 710,000 to BBC Two last night.

The figure is in line for what the channel usually achieves in that 10pm slot – but well down on the near 5million the show achieved in its peak, when it was on BBC One.

It is also down on the last series, the 12th, which launched with 1.13million viewers in November last year.

Last night’s show featured Sara Pascoe, Gary Delaney and Larry Dean - while next week’s has Nish Kumar introducing Luisa Omielan and David O’Doherty.
