Seinfeld star meets Israeli president

Israeli President Shimon Peres has sought help on how to solve the Palestinian crisis – from Seinfeld star Jason Alexander.

The premier invited the comic actor to a meeting yesterday to ask for his advice on how to solve the conflict.

During his trip to the Middle East with lobby group OneVoice, Alexander also visited the Knesset – or Parliament – to promote a two-state solution.

But he told The Jerusalem Post that humour has no place in the peace process ‘because someone is always going to be offended’.
