UK outing for Stripped

Eddie Izzard is to perform a four-week run in London’s West End.

The comic will be bringing his show Stripped, which recently toured 34 cities across America, to the Lyric Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue.

The show, which is loosely themed around ideas of evolution versus creationism, will run from November 17 to December 12.

Izzard's last major UK dates were during his Sexie tour, five years ago.
