Writs go crackers

Borat sued yet again

The barrage of lawsuits against the Borat film shows no sign of abating, with another New Yorker launching legal action against the film’s makers.

Felix Cedeno wants $2.25million from 20th Century Fox, claiming they invaded his privacy and needed permission to use his image.

The 31-year-old was riding the subway home to the South Bronx when Sacha Baron Cohen let a live rooster out of his suitcase, causing chaos on the carriage. The scene was secretly filmed and formed part of the finished film.

Cedeno, who works in a Manhattan copy shop, doesn’t appear too traumatised by his appearance.

He told the New York Post that now strangers come up to him and say things like, ‘Hey movie star, how are you doing?’ and ‘You're the Borat kid!’

‘It's pretty cool,’ Cedeno said.

But that didn’t stop him filing his lawsuit at Bronx Supreme Court.
