Gervais previews new live show
Ricky Gervais is planning a new national stand-up tour next year – and is ready to preview it.The Extras star is giving a work-in-progress warm-up gig in London later this month, ahead of the planned dates.
He has previously suggested that his next live show will be on the subject of science.
His first live show, Animals, debuted at London’s Soho Theatre in 2002 then toured the following year; then in 2004 he toured with his Politics show. Both were released as successful DVDs.
The preview for the new show is at the Bloomsbury Theatre, near Gervais’s central London home, on Sunday November 26.
