Baby joy for impressionist

Rory Bremner has become a dad for the second time.

His wife, 33-year-old sculptor Tessa Campbell-Fraser, give birth to a daughter on Monday.

The couple, who live in Oxfordshire, married in 1999 and already have a two-year-old daughter, Ava.

Their new baby, which has not yet been named, was delivered by caesarean section at the private Portland Hospital in London.
