Win loads of vintage ITV sitcoms
Some of the most popular sitcoms of the Seventies have been released on DVD this week – and we have five prize bundles to give away.Distributors Network are releasing five series that defined ITV’s comedy output over the decade, and each of our winners will receive one copy of each.
They are:
- Bless This House, series 4, from 1974. Starring Sid James and Diane Coupland, who died recently.
- Man About The House, series 5, from 1975. With Richard O’Sullivan, Paula Wilcox and Sally Thomsett as student housemates.
- George And Mildred, series 5, from 1979. This was the last series of this successful spin-off from Man About The House, as star Yootha Joyce died the following year.
- Nearest And Dearest, series 6, from 1972. Starring Jimmy Jewel and Hylda Baker as warring siblings Eli and Nellie.
- Father Dear Father, series 1, from 1968. Starring Patrick Cargill as a divorced dad at the end of his tether in the first season of the domestic sitcom that was to run for seven series.
To win a set of all five releases, just answer the following question by February 12, when we will select the winners at random from all correct answers received. Bulk and automated entries will be disqualified.
