Let's Have A Shambles

Harry Ainsworth, game show and chat show host extraordinaire, is a bizarre cross between Dale Winton and Robert Kilroy Silk. And I wasn't sure whether to love or loathe his corny catchphrase: "What do we want?" "Let's have a shambles".

But his creator, Garth Cruikshank, is a convincing performer and confident in his debut Edinburgh show.

His sidekick-come-bouncer Dave is a surly character who sits playing handheld computer games and refuses to participate in any of the proceedings - until he transforms into a delightfully camp, glitzy, but still petulant egotist in ill-fitting Lycra.

Lots of games ensued with rude balloons, copious amounts of silly innuendo and plenty of downright smut. The pair even end the show throwing sausages up an alley, literally.

If you want arse jokes, toilet gags and to feel like a naughty schoolchild, then this is your stop.
