Bruhaha

This two-man outfit mixed stand-up with sketches and a bit of singing.

They were a tad nervous and the audience slightly unforgiving, but tensions were eased when Buss came into the audience and shook everyone's hand in the style of an American chat show host.

The stand-up sections were pretty routine, with some cheesy one-liners, and sketches allowed the duo to show off their acting talents. But theey became somewhat laboured, which resulted in an uninterested audience, and the pair were almost drowned out by conversation

It is telling that one of the best moments came from a comic hopeful taking on stage for the very first time. Andy Keo had five minutes of boyish humour, but the fact that he seemed genuinely excited to be there lifted the energy a bit.

Otherwise, though, you'll have seen this all before. It's a show that barely raised a single haha.
