Nic Ford – Original Review

Note: This review is from 2000

Review by Steve Bennett

Ford's well-constructed, observational set is traditional in style and sometimes content - problems communicating with the girlfriend, for example. But the routine is still fresh, thanks to Ford's expert use of language and keenly observed outlook - a fine example being his take on marketing products by misspelling their name. One of the better stand-ups on the circuit and well worth a look.
