The house Tim Bisley and Daisy Steiner shared in Spaced is up for sale.
But while in 1999 the fictional characters could live there while struggling as a would-be comic book artist and writer, the new occupants of the North London property will need considerably deeper pockets.
The detached nine-bedroom Victorian house in Tufnell Park is currently on the market for £4million.
Three years ago, the two-bedroom garden flat within the building was advertised to let at £2,000 a month, considerably more than the £90 a week Simon Pegg and Jessica Hynes’s characters were paying.
