Fundraiser for Barnardo's

Barnardo’s is raffling off the chance to have a 15-minute video chat with John Bishop.

Tickets cost £5 and will help the charity's work with vulnerable children at time when donations have been hit.

The comic said: 'Barnardo’s does incredible work with vulnerable children all across the UK, so I’m pleased to be able to offer a one-on-one video chat to raise money for their coronavirus appeal.'

He suggested that the winner could use their time with him for Zoom quiz, a chat about football, or 'anything really as long as it involves keeping your clothes on'.

Also offering calls are boxer Amir Khan and Harry Potter star Jason Isaacs, with more names expected to follow in the coming weeks.

Barnardo’s chief executive Javed Khan said: 'The vulnerable children Barnardo’s supports need us now more than ever. We’re working round the clock to adapt our vital services, so we can continue to help children and families.

'This is why I’m so grateful to our fantastic ambassadors and supporters, and to everyone bidding for 15 Minutes with Fame. The funds raised will help make sure we can support vulnerable children through this crisis.'
