All the main cast to return

Filming has begun in Cork for the second series of BBC Three comedy The Young Offenders.  

The Corporation has released this first image of Alex Murphy and Chris Walley in character as Conor and Jock – with their distinctive haircuts still intact.

Also returning will be Hilary Rose as their long-suffering mother Mairéad, comic  PJ Gallagher Principal Walsh, Orla Fitzgerald as his wife and Demi Isaac Oviawe as their  daughters Linda and Siobhán/

Launching later this year, series 2 will also see the return of Sergeant Healy (Dominic McHale) and  Billy Murphy (Shane Casey).
