New show from Taskmaster stars

Taskmaster stars Lucy Beaumont and Sam Campbell have joined forces for a new comedy podcast.

The couple will team up for Lucy and Sam’s Perfect Brains, which is described simply as ‘ two comedians focusing their unique minds on different topics, with plenty of room for anecdotes and theorems’ 

Beaumont said: ‘Sam has the most unusual brain I’ve ever come across. We have work to do. The country needs us.’

Campbell added: ‘Lucy is a fountain of wisdom BUT I would never throw a coin at her.’

And in a teaser for the show, he added: ‘We're dealing with everything involving brains’, and promising ‘million dollar giveaways, secrets, business secrets…’

‘We can't say million dollar giveaways,’ Beaumont corrects him, adding: ‘Honestly, I never thought these podcasts would catch on. And I think the market is totally oversaturated and that's why I pick now to start a podcast with you, Sam Campbell. Please listen to it.’

The podcast, hosted by Acast but available on all platforms, will launch early next year,
