Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled to return for series seven
Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled is to return for a seventh series, broadcaster Dave has announced.
Eight more hour-long episodes are being recorded in December and will air early next year.
As before, Davies will be joined around a table by four guests – a mix of new and established comedians – who share their anecdotes before coming up with a title for the episode.
He said: ‘I'm very excited to be back around the Untitled table with assorted raconteurs, wits and blabbermouths old and new.’
The series was last on air in 2021 following a four-year hiatus and featured the like of Joel Dommett, Rosie Jones, Dara O'Briain and Lee Mack.
Mark Iddon, who commissioned the series from Phil McIntyre Television said: ‘As Yet Untitled is such a joy to make and we can't wait to get Alan sat back at that table alongside a new roster of as-yet-unbooked guests.
And series producer Lindsay Jex praised Davis as ‘an absolute joy to work with', adding: ‘He’s warm, engaging and has such a talent for eliciting hilarious stories from whomever is sat around his table’.
Audience tickets for some of the recordings are available from Applause Store.
