Hugh Dennis is to write his first book.
The Mock the Week and Outnumbered star is to pen a ‘humorous and insightful exploration of the changing image of Britain and Britishness’ called Britty Britty Bang Bang.
Subtitled One Man's Attempt to Understand His Country, the book will be released in paperback and as an ebook on May 23.
Jonathan Taylor of publishers Headline told trade magazine The Bookseller: ‘Hugh has just delivered a very funny manuscript.’
