Comic's public bid to win back girlfriend

Comedian Joey Page has been forced to parade around his home town with a sign around his neck admitting that he cheated on his girlfriend.

The 26-year-old comic made the very public apology on the streets of Brighton on Sunday, after his girlfriend found flirty messages on his Facebook account.

He was then forced to admit that he went on a date with another woman behind his partner’s back.

So he donned a sandwich board reading: ‘I cheated on my girlfriend and I am humiliating myself to show I am sorry' and walked around the bohemian North Laine shopping area, where he was snapped by the local newspaper.

Last week, Page tweeted: ‘If you have a loved one, hold them dear- don't be tempted to flirt, massage your ego or worse it might just be the biggest you ever regret.’
