Stand-ups to be showcased on children's TV

Top circuit comedians are to be showcased in a new children’s TV series hosted by Dick and Dom.

Stephen K Amos and Jason Byrne, as well as comic actors Warwick Davies and John Thomson are among the first to have signed up to Dick and Dom's Funny Business.

The show promises celebrity guests along with ‘the best new acts on the comedy circuit’ – who will have to tailor their material for a young audience.

The show will air on CBBC on Saturday mornings from January 8.
