Carrott to host huge gigs
Jasper Carrott is to host two huge comedy and music events in his native Birmingham.
Bill Bailey and Lenny Henry are also scheduled to appear at the Rock With Laughter gigs at the 12,000-capacity NEC Arena.
Music will be provided by Bonnie Tyler, The Bootleg Beatles and Bev Bevan's Move.
The shows take place on November 11 and 12; with tickets going on sale this Thursday.
Jasper told us: "All musicians are wannabe comedians and vice versa, so put them together and you get an explosive combination.
