Telling it straight...

Gay comics wanted to host dating show

A TV company is looking for two gay comics to host a new dating show.

The programme, for digital channel Living, will see homosexual men giving out relationship advice to straight women to help them land dates with the right guys.

Researcher Matthew Clifton said: " We want bitchy, funny men who can tell a load of straight men why they're all wrong and lend a sympathetic ear to the ladies."

He added that the presenter would need to be master of the one-liner and the bitchy put-down, which is why comedians are being sought.

Producers at London-based Prospect Pictureswill be holding auditions. For details call 020 8 877 5628 or e-mail talent@prospect-uk.com.
