'Offensive' Family Guy out on DVD

A previously banned episode of animated comedy Family Guy is to be released on DVD.

When You Wish Upon A Weinstein has never been screened here or in the States because it contains a number of Jewish jokes deemed to offensive for TV.

The plot has a successful Jewish accountant visit the dysfunctional family - causing father Peter to push his son into Judaism. In one scene, mother Lois fends off angry Jews, chasing them with a Star of David

The episode is contained on a new boxed set of all 15 instalments in the show's second series
