A life of their own

'Clue' characters get their own show

Two characters from Radio 4's I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue have been given their own show.

Barry Cryer and Graeme Garden invented the eccentric Scotsmen Hamish and Dougal to provide silly voices during the 'antidote to panel games'.

But now the pair, who occasionally cropped up in the Sound Charades round, are to appear in their own vehicle, You'll Have Had Your Tea.

Jeremy Hardy and Alison Steadman will also feature in the show, which is being recorded in London's Drill Hall later this month.
