US show to be set in TV network
John Cleese is to star as a network TV boss in a new American sitcom.
The 62-year-old, who has a supporting role in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, is in final talks with the ABC network to star in Web.
He would appear in four of the six episodes that have so far been ordered, Hollywood bible Variety reports.
Ed Begley Jnr will co-star as the network president.
