Norton's Emmy chance

Graham Norton is in line for an International Emmy.

The comic has been nominated for the prestigious award for So Graham Norton.

He was shortlisted in the popular arts category, alongside fellow Channel 4 show Spaced.

German show Was Guckst Du?! (What Are You Looking At?) and the final of the Miss Hong Kong beauty pageant are the other contenders in this section.

Also, the second series of Granada's Cold Feet is nominated in the drama category,

The awards are due to take awarded at the New York Sheraton hotel on Monday November 19.

Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley are among those lined up to present awards.
