Dom McGovern is a London-based stand-up, writer and actor who made his Edinburgh Fringe debut with Prize Hog in 2026, earning a nomination for the Edinburgh Comedy Award’s best newcomer prize. The show explores body dysmorphia, Catholic guilt and diet culture. He began performing in Australia, reaching the final of Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s RAW Comedy competition in 2022. He also co-wrote Chicken Shop Date with Amelia Dimoldenberg. He has supported Sophie Duker and Olga Koch on tour, and co-hosts the podcast Flat Earth Nation.
