'Sadly, it’s done' sats star Josh Gad

Apple TV+ has cancelled its musical adult animated sitcom Central Park.

Co-creator Josh Gad revealed the news on social media, writing: 'Sadly, it’s done' in response to a fan’s question.

The show – which Gadd created with Loren Bouchard and Nora Smith – has running for three seasons and revolved around a family living in the ritual New York park.

Its stars included Emmy Raver-Lampman, Tituss Burgess, Daveed Diggs, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr and Stanley Tucci as well as Gad himself. 

News of the cancellation was first reported by Deadline.
