Watch a trailer for You Magnificent Beast

Greg Davies’s stand-up special You Magnificent Beast is to be released on Netflix next Tuesday, April 10, the on-demand service has announced

The show – which won the 2018 Chortle Award for best tour last month – was taped at the at the Hammersmith Apollo in November.

 Jimmy Carr, Katherine Ryan, Jack Whitehall and Jim Jefferies are among the other comics who have recorded Netflix specials at the same London venue.

A trailer has been released today, featuring a clip of Davis explaining his method for writing stand-up.

‘My system is that I go home with a notepad and pen,’ he explains.’ And I wait for my parents to say weird shit, and I come and I tell you.’

Cuckoo, Man Down and The Inbetweeners – all starring Davies –  are also currently available on Netflix.
