American comedian Gabriel Iglesias has announced a short UK tour next year.

The stand-up - known for dressing in garish Hawaiian shirts and making jokes about his weight – will play Brighton, Bristol, Manchester and London in September

The gigs are part of a 52-date ‘FluffyMania’ world tour to mark his 20 years as a stand-up. Most are in the US, but he is also playing Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Estonia.

Iglesias is also launching his sixth one-hour comedy special, I’m Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, on Netflix on December 20.

Last year Iglesias, whose credits include Last Comic Standing and playing Tobias in Magic Mike XXL, played a a one-off London gig at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo.
