LIVE At The Apollo is to return for a tenth series. Although the line-up has not been announced, new shows are being recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo on October 6, 7 and 8. See our free tickets page to be in the audience. The series traditionally airs in November, December and January with two shows taped each night.

DETAILS of audience tickets for the Mrs Brown's Boys Christmas Specials have also been released. The shows are being recorded at BBC Scotland, Pacific Quay, Glasgow, on September 16 and 23, but because of the sitcom's popularity, the Corporation is running a ballot for places. FAMILY GUY could move to BBC Two after BBC Three becomes an iPlayer-only channel. Makers 20th Century Fox have reportedly refused to allow the show to go online because of piracy concerns – so plans are afoot to move the animation to BBC Two, trade magazine Broadcast reports. It has also been previously announced that Russell Howard's Good News and Backchat with Jack Whitehall and his father Michael will both move to BBC Two for their next series.

ITV2 has axed its comedy panel show Fake Reaction after two series, host Matt Edmondson has revealed. He told Digital Spy: 'I don't think it's going to be returning sadly, no. We've done two series of it and I think it sort of did OK. But I think they want to try other things. So no.' Joe Swash and comic Ellie Taylor were the regular team captains.

CHIC burlesque variety show La Soiree is to return to London after a three-year absence. A Spiegeltent will return to the South Bank from November 5 to January 11 to host the show. Acts returning for the 10th anniversary run include The English Gents, Ursula Martinez and Jess Love, while new performers to the roster will include Asher Treleaven, Marcus Monroe and Scotty The Blue Bunny.
