Anna Leong Brophy: Born Sexy Yesterday
Show type: Edinburgh Fringe 2026
Sure, Anna was born the old-fashioned way – a supreme being deposited into a perfect female body who immediately falls for the first man she sees. But what's next for a sci-fi hottie once she's saved the world, done the laundry and the years have rolled on by? Anna Leong Brophy (How to Train Your Dragon, Shadow and Bone, one half of sketch duo EGG) joyfully frolics through the male gaze (yum), aging (gross) and sexy, sexy sci-fi, all while covered in goo. 'Just perfect' **** (Chortle.co.uk). **** (Fest). **** (ThreeWeeks).

Anna Leong Brophy: Born Sexy Yesterday
Anna Leong Brophy comes out of the traps swinging, with an impassioned, savvy satire on how poorly female characters are served by Hollywood.
